• We are Denise and Spyros and we concentrate our searches in Western Crete which in our opinion is the most beautiful area of Crete – with the White Mountains, Samaria Gorge, beautiful beaches, traditional villages, resorts like Platanias and Agia Marina, the beautiful Gulf of Kissamos; and the stylish, cosmopolitan town of Chania.

• Denise first went to Crete several years ago and did what a lot of people do – fell in love with the place and the people.  In November 2001, she bought a traditional village house in Fournes, Western Crete.  The house needed complete renovation.  Please see our Projects page for more details.  Spyros is a civil engineer and contractor and lives in Chania.

We do not have a large portfolio of properties,

because we want to find the property to suit you.

• During our searches we do see a lot of properties and if we come across any which we think  may be of interest to other potential buyers we do include them on our Properties page and we are constantly on the look out for others.

• For renovation work or new build we have highly recommended architects and builders and we can help you to design a new build or renovate a traditional property to meet your needs and specification.
