We want to help you to find the home of your dreams by offering a more personalised, one-to-one service for you.

We aim to do this, firstly by using the knowledge and expertise of Spyros Maris, a professional and qualified Civil Engineer and contractor with an extensive understanding of the area and many contacts i.e. builders, public offices and legal professionals.

Secondly, by drawing the first-hand experience of the process that, as a buyer, Denise had to go through – not only the practicalities but the many conflicting emotions involved e.g. uncertainty, fear, anxiety, joy, excitement and frustration, just to mention a few!

Between us we will guide and support you throughout the process.

We know from experience there are some beautiful properties out there, but there are also a lot of ruins and unsuitable properties and this is where we want to offer you a different sort of property service.

You tell us as much as you can about what you would like, and we will go out and do our best to find it for you. Please see our Request Form to give you an idea of the kind of information we need to start our search.

We will arrange to collect you from your accommodation and take you to view properties we have found for you or you have seen on our site and would like to view.
